Find a House
Look for houses you’d like to see in person by using your realtor’s online portal or browsing popular home sites. You’ll then set up showings to see the house in person. Photos can be deceiving, so it’s important to see the house with your own eyes.
Make an Offer

Your realtor will walk you through all of the jargon that goes into an offer, including contingencies and the details of the amount you’re offering. 

Inspection and Closing
